Repurchase of own shares

On 29 October 2025, Norion Bank announced a share buyback of its own shares of up to SEK 500 million, based on the authorization granted to the Board of Directors at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. The share buybacks commenced on 29 October 2025 and were completed on 23 December 2025, and were carried out in order to adapt the bank’s capital structure and to contribute to increased shareholder value.

Repurchase of own shares 12 May to 16 September 2025
On 12 May 2025, Norion Bank announced a share buyback programme of up to SEK 500 million, based on the authorization granted to the Board of Directors by the 2025 Annual General Meeting. The repurchases of shares began on 12 May 2025 and ended on 16 September 2025 and were carried out to adapt the bank’s capital structure and to contribute to increased shareholder value.
